As a provider of Interactive Web and CD/DVD solutions, SomCom have worked closely with the World Petroleum Council to produce fully searchable CD and DVD versions of WPC Congress material.

Over several years SomCom have developed several products for WPC, facilitating the secure distribution of congress materials in an optical format.

2004 saw the release of the WPC Archive DVD. The DVD provided FULL TEXT SEARCHING across a range of articles consisting of the entire WPC archive material and totalling almost 50,000 pages along with the ability to browse the content.
