Managing your call for papers or abstracts and the subsequent management of the submissions for an annual conference or meeting can be a time-consuming and time sensitive activity. SOEASI™ is a web based system designed to make the whole process of submission, review and publishing simpler, saving you time and making the whole process more efficient. By automating many of the time consuming functions and giving you complete control over all related communication, you and your reviewers are left to concentrate on the quality of the submissions.
SOEASI™ is controlled via a customisable template which is configured online. The template ensures that authors submit their paper or abstract in a consistent way. By ensuring adherence to the specified structure and format will save the meeting chair or administrator considerable time editing abstracts or papers post submission. SOEASI™ allows you to set the layout and helps the user to follow it.
A flexible review workflow (customisable option) can be set up and monitored from within SOEASI™. You add/assign reviewers, they review the papers, giving you the chance to monitor, comment and check/chase progress if required.
Multi-format Publishing - Publish Faster & Smarter
As all of the submitted meeting content is held electronically and held within SOEASI™ database, it makes it much easier to output the content and produce conference books and conference CD/DVD’s.

Are you also tasked with getting bums on seats? SOEASI™ Conference Management module (optional) provides a seamless link allowing users and interested parties to book conference places online, reducing the need to invoice and chase for payment and speeding up cash flow.
